Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During the High Season orders can experience delays to be processed.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping
Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected, please reference the above chart for additional information. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Braazi Lash is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
Refused Packages
In case of refused packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
Due to COVID-19 and the impact it has had on USPS deliveries, it is becoming more and more common for packages to become lost in transit, or arrive damaged, or stolen. For your peace of mind, we provide a shipping warranty to replace orders affected by USPS shipping loss.
The warranty will automatically be added to your cart at checkout. The cost of for protection only $0.98. If the order total is greater than $100, the price becomes 1.2% of the order total. After your order is placed, you will receive an email from Guardia One with instructions in the event your order is lost, damaged, or stolen.
If one of these events occurs, a Guardia One agent will then assist you with your replacement order.
If you choose not to protect your order, we cannot provide a replacement of your USPS delivery.
FedEx Smart Post is required for all deliveries at military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped.
In case of Delays or any situation with your delivery please contact the carrier and file a claim. Braazi Lash is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delay packages.
Our Rush Handling guarantees that your order will be shipped out of our facilities within 24 hours (with the exception of any rush order placed after 10AM EST on Fridays, weekends or Holidays), however this does not mean that your order will be delivered within 24 hours or is going to expedite the time in transit of the shipping.
